Every wom(b)an deserves support, advocacy, and attention during their birth. The support I provide includes customized prenatal classes and intuitive, personalized birth support.

Prenatal visits can include any of the following depending on need:

• Mental & emotional preparation 

• Bodywork

• Physiological birth education 

• Hospital intervention education

• The importance of positioning in pregnancy and labor 

• Comfort measures for pregnancy and labor 

• Accompanying you to prenatal visits with your porvider

     Birth Support includes: 

• Intuitive emotional and physical support 

• Positioning techniques for pelvic descent (including epidural labor)

• Advocating for your wants and needs 

• Safeguarding a relaxing environment 

• Low-intervention augmentation techniques

• Collaboration with your medical team, supported by my deep understanding of physiology and medical terminology through my formal midwifery education.
